Lößniger Strasse urban quarter

Bavarian Railway Station Leipzig

BUWOG is building an attractive residential quarter along Lößniger Strasse with around 1,300 apartments, 30 percent of which are rent-controlled rental apartments with 1 to 5 rooms.

Live happily

in the new city quarter

In the new Lößniger Strasse urban quarter, the emerging residential offerings for all generations will be sensibly supplemented by daycare places integrated into the district as well as commercial space.

The focus here is on neighborhood-oriented commercial areas, for example with stores for daily needs, such as bakeries, cafés, etc., which offer a functional benefit and can also be used for meetings and exchanges.

The aim is to create a home for all ages and lifestyles. All apartments are barrier-free or accessible and equipped with elevators.

Start of construction planned: from 2025
Area: approx. 130,000 m² gross floor area (total) including approx. 7,500 m² of neighborhood-oriented commercial space
Completion: in stages from 2027
A project of: BUWOG
