Leipzig continues to grow and BUWOG is creating a new residential quarter on Dösner Weg to meet the increasing demand for living space. The result is an attractive residential ensemble consisting of four residential buildings with six storeys plus a staggered storey, supplemented by an 11-storey high-rise.
Thanks to the green roof and efficient energy supply, the buildings have a high ecological quality. The separate entrances create a good address within the entire residential area. Each house also has its own parking spaces, storage areas and cellars.
On the park side, the apartments face the green areas of the site south of the Portikus and open up to the district park with balconies and open spaces.
