Property developer

The development of the Stadtraum Bayerischer Bahnhof is starting again. On February 6th, 2019, the city of Leipzig, as well as project sponsors, are introducing two additional agreements, which are ready to be signed. These agreements concretize the finalized urban contract from November 2018. This contract mainly includes concrete planning objectives, the further procedure of the development process as well as the participation of the public. The city council decided about the deals in March.
